MasterRib metal roofing panel is an industry leader in strength and durability, this popular and versatile metal roofing panel features classic looks and is installed in a wide range of applications including roofing for residential, commercial, and post-frame buildings. MasterRib metal roofing panels was designed with extra-wide ribs to increase strength and ease handling and roof installation. Another unique feature of the MasterRib metal roofing panel is the extra-large siphoning channel on the under-lap rib installed to provide extra leak resistance in the presence of extreme wind and rain loads.
5V-Crimp is a tried and true metal roof system. As one of the first metal roofing panels to gain nationwide popularity, 5V-Crimp has been used for decades. 5V-Crimp is versatile and performs well in residential as well as agricultural applications. The traditional double "v" shaped ribs, as well as the low-profile of the panel make 5V-Crimp a great choice for nearly any style roof.
Standing seam systems have been used on traditional and contemporary homes for more than a century. Standing seam metal roof systems' are clean, graceful lines have been an enduring roofing favorite on a wide range of architecture. Advantage-Lok II standing seam roof system features shorter, 1" high ribs as compared to our original Advantage-Lok standing seam system. The 1" rib design gives the standing seam system slightly better wind uplift performance, although both standing seam system designs do an outstanding job in severe weather. The Advantage-Lok II standing seam roof system is popular in up-scale residential and commercial roofing applications. Advantage-Lok II standing seam metal roof system snap securely together with completely concealed fasteners for maximum wind and weather resistance.
Union Corrugating's R, PBR, & IR metal roofing panels are designed for industrial, commercial, and steel-frame building applications. The "R" family of metal roofing panels has the strength to perform on roof pitches as low as 1:12 and on spans up to five feet. The R metal roofing panels and IR metal roofing panels are designed for sidewall applications while the PBR metal roofing panel has an added purlin bearing leg to provide better support for roofing applications.
We recommend the use of titanium underlayment under our metal roofing products. Titanium is eight times lighter and 20 times stronger that 30 lb felt paper.This product is avaliably in 25 year and 50 year products, both measure four feet wide by 250 feet long.
